The hotel is beautifully appointed and excellent. the rooms are good-sized with a gorgeous view of the beach and shops. the staff is super-friendly and smiles all the time.

The total stay was very nice on holidays. The room was spacious well appointed, loved my spacious bed. The own bathroom. The location of the hotel was stunning and magnificent - within walking distance of Kingscliff War Memorial. It was located in a nice quiet area very close to the shops, restaurants and the shops on the board walk and walk/cycle path out the front.

It offers a great beach restaurant and has genuinely helpful staff.

The location of this hotel was great, just the right distance from the city center to avoid the noise and commotion. the staff were kind and helpful, always a good thing when visiting a new city. the two complimentary drinks in the bar were a nice touch and the views from the room were breathtaking.

The hotel needs a little work on maintenance, especially with the doors, which seemed old and in disrepair. There were also some issues with cleanliness that were concerning.

Had a great New Year's stay at this accommodation. Loved the stunning ocean view from our spacious apartment. It was just a few steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed the nearby cafes and playground for the kids. The amenities in the room were fantastic and the newly renovated features were a nice touch.

There were some minor issues with cleaning like stains on the plates and cutlery. The laundry detergent was also unavailable and information about local attractions was not provided.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Located in a prime area surrounded by great restaurants and just a short walk to the beautiful beach, this hotel has an amazing spot. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony where we could enjoy the perfect sunrise view. The kitchen was fully equipped and helped us save some money on dining out. Additionally, the gardens surrounding the building offered a serene atmosphere.

While the surroundings were tranquil, the cleanliness of the room could have been improved.
